Telehealth is available for new and returning patients and may include evaluation, movement assessment, education, exercise instruction, home program development, and progression of your treatment plan.
Telehealth may be appropriate for pelvic floor concerns, orthopedic pain, dizziness and balance problems, pregnancy and postpartum recovery, bowel and bladder concerns, chronic pain, hypermobility, and follow-up care.

Pelvic Prime can submit claims to insurance when possible. Telehealth coverage varies by plan.
You are responsible for verifying your telehealth benefits, network status, deductible, copay, coinsurance, referral requirements, and authorization requirements before your appointment.
A valid payment card must remain on file. You are responsible for any balance not paid by insurance.
